closed. The seller ships the ordered goods within a maximum of 5 working days. As far as fresh goods are concerned (sclerotia, breeding kits), a return name is excluded.
After delivery, the recipient must immediately check the goods for possible damage and immediately report this to customer service via this website.
Damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery of the goods cannot be taken into account.
The seller decides whether to provide financial compensation for the damage in the amount of the value of the goods or to resend the damaged goods.
Acceptance of the order
The recipient is obliged to keep up to date with the status of the delivery via the tracking link. If he does not receive a tracking link or cannot find it on the website, he must contact customer service to obtain one.
Shipments that are brought to a pickup point must be picked up there by the recipient in good time.
Orders that are returned because the recipient provided an incorrect address or did not pick up the shipment on time can be reshipped upon payment of additional postage of 10 euros. Possible losses in the quality of the fresh produce are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipments that are lost by the delivery service and are confirmed as lost by the delivery service will be resent by us free of charge.
