Shipping and Returns

Most of our products are fresh and therefore non-returnable.

We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your paid order. We always send an email with the tracking information. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation two business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received a message from us, please contact customer service.

It is important to monitor your shipment and, in case of non-delivery, arrange for delivery to a pickup point directly with the shipping provider.

Shipping providers often do not leave notifications, and shipments returned due to non-collection incur additional reshipping costs, which must be borne by the recipient.

We will only resend free of charge in the event of loss of the shipment by the delivery service, as confirmed by the delivery service.

All non-perishable, undamaged products can be returned at your own expense within 4 weeks of receipt, and the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please take photos immediately—ideally together with the delivery driver—and send them to customer service. Take photos of the shipping packaging, the contents, and the damage.
