General Description

The capsule machine is a practical device for quickly and easily filling empty capsules. It is ideal for home use and allows you to produce evenly filled capsules in a short time.

Application

1. 1. Read the enclosed green instructions. Place the lower part of the machine in the stand with the wide side facing up. Place the longer capsule halves at the bottom and the shorter ones at the top (open sides facing outwards).

Place the lower part in a shallow dish. Fill with powder and distribute it evenly using the included card.

Optionally, the powder can be lightly tamped down with the tamper. Add more powder if necessary. Scrape excess powder back into the tray.

1. 1. Optional: If capsules get stuck when closing, gently press the lower part down onto the spring so that the capsules protrude approximately 3 mm.

Place the upper part on top. Place the device on a flat surface and press evenly until both parts click into place.

The capsules will close automatically and be held in the upper part.

Applying even pressure to the top will eject the capsules.

Materials

• • ABS plastic (BPA-free):
    Suitable for contact with food. Resistant to salt solutions, alkalis, weak acids, and vegetable and animal oils. Note: Petroleum-based oils, solvents, and dyes must not be used. Powders with a high eugenol content (e.g., from spices like cloves or cinnamon) can damage the material.

Springs: Delrin acetal plastic, suitable for repeated food contact.

Distribution card: Polypropylene, food-grade and FDA-approved.

Cleaning and Care

The machine is not dishwasher-safe, as the materials can deform at temperatures above approximately 82°C.
Cleaning is best done with warm water and mild dish soap.
Careful care should be taken when removing and replacing the springs to avoid damage.
Certain powders can cause discoloration on plastic surfaces.
